After many years in administrative roles with the University of Western Ontario, St.Joseph's Health Care and in our family business, I felt the time was right to leave the high stress corporate life behind. I decided to follow my true calling and dove headfirst into the world of natural therapies, immersing myself in studies, books and research.

Listening to my heart, I am thrilled to be an alternative health practitioner specializing in Energy Therapies. Energy work is my passion. I absolutely love what I do, incorporating crystals, angels and my many years mentoring and coaching staff to assist people to become the best they can be and get the most out of their lives.
